Born and raised in the east midlands, Lamb moved to London to pursue her acting career after studying performing arts at Brooksby Melton College, earning herself an award and distinctions in acting.

She went on to train in Repertory theatre with Fourth Monkey Theatre Company, whereupon graduating she co-founded Shrink Theatre who won the 'Theatre Madness Festival 2014', which landed her a place on Theatre Delicatessen's 'Departure Point' programme for emerging artists.

Alongside her work on various short films and fringe productions, Lamb discovered a passion for American method techniques and continues to hone her craft at The Actors Craft Studio in her spare time.
